We'll advertise your home through MLS® listings, the nation's most robust listing service with nearly 19,000 local agent/members and many more from the public sector.
Through 35 years as a successful listing agent, I know how to qualify buyers; something sellers don't always appreciate until fully informed. Not often considered: the buyer's timely financing capability, and their realistic selling goals, which greatly impact the date of your ideal move.
As your Buyer's Representative, my job is to represent your best interest. Buyers without their own agent are at the mercy of the seller's agent, who is only working for the seller.

You'll select those most aligned with your finer requirements and I'll arrange the showings.
You are empowered above other buyers by working with me when I arrange the showings, as I'll ensure you get the all-important pre-approval from a mortgage broker. This pre-approval is the first thing a seller's agent wants to see. When consulting your broker, you'll learn how much you can finance, based on income/assets and what to put down.
Once you've found a property that appeals to you, I'll show you data and photos of those comparable in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then I'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller's agent to ensure you get the most favorable terms possible.
